Janine M. Mathó | LinkedIn Top Voice 2024 | Ex-Pearson, Harvard: Entrepreneur and expert in healthy high achievement, leadership, and transformation

You’ve built a life that looks successful. But does it feel like you thought it would?

The leaders I work with are accomplished, respected, and driven by purpose. Yet they don’t always feel that way. The pace is relentless, and the energy that once fueled them is hard to access. The version of success they’ve worked so hard for isn’t paying the expected dividends—not in vitality, meaning, or everyday joy.

I help ambitious people—leaders, founders, creatives, and elite professionals—shift from feeling depleted, reactive, or misaligned to living, loving, and leading with energy, intention, and coherence. Grounding first in their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy, we build lasting momentum.

I came to this work through my own experience with burnout and bereavement, after years of achievement that looked impressive from the outside but depleted me inside. That reckoning changed everything. I rebuilt myself from the inside out and now help others do the same.

An award-winning leader and executive advisor, I bring 25+ years of global experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I’ve transformed systems, shaped the future of work, and supported thousands of changemakers and leaders.

I’ve served as a C-Suite leader in mission-driven nonprofits, led multimillion-dollar initiatives at Harvard and Pearson, raised $30M for learning innovation, and received a Massachusetts Congressional Award for service in education. I also hold a Master’s in Education and studied Leadership at the doctoral level at the University of Pennsylvania.

But I’m most proud of the human moments: when a client tells me they finally feel like themselves again, when their energy returns, when their work reflects who they are, not just what they do, and when their well-being rises to match their ambition.

Through my work—whether coaching, writing, or facilitating immersive programs—I translate complex ideas from neuroscience, leadership theory, organizational, behavioral, positive psychology, mental fitness, high performance, and ancient wisdom into clear, relatable insights. Clients often say I make transformation feel possible, that my approach is grounded, practical, and, perhaps most surprisingly, easeful.

My forthcoming book, Live Your Opus: Reclaim Your Energy, Redefine Success, and Create a Life That Truly Matters, offers a powerful framework for reimagining achievement and reconnecting to the deeper “why” that sustains it.

If you’re seeking a way to live and lead that feels true to who you are and sustains what matters most, I’d love to connect with you. Feel free to connect with me here, as a subscriber or potential client, or on LinkedIn.
