Four months ago, I launched Reimagining Life & Work: Lessons from Provence. My intention was to share my experiences through the lens of an American corporate rebel turned entrepreneur who now lives and works in Provence. Twenty articles later, I’ve reconnected with dozens of people from different points in my life and gained tremendous new connections with entrepreneurs, writers, creatives, and other reimagineers.

I am so grateful to have you all on this journey with me. Thank you for your thoughtful notes and emails, and a very special thank you to paid subscribers whose generosity supports my writing.

In 2024, I’m doubling down on my mission to help people and organizations find new ways to thrive in our complex, modern world.

In addition to this newsletter, I do this as a consultant, coach, and trusted advisor to forward-thinking leaders in corporations, academic and learning institutions, start-ups, and non-profits. And through my work at ExponentialChangemakers, a growing global network propelling women from early to mid-career, where I’m co-founder and CEO. 

In January, I’m excited to kick off two new initiatives!

• I’ll welcome my first cohort of female entrepreneurs to Project Opus, a hand-picked community of kick-ass women who elevate and treat their life, career, or business as their Opus - their life’s work. A distinctive ten-week program, we’ll be clarifying our vision, strategy, and plan for our life and our work or business while reinforcing and testing those with critical skills, mindsets, energy, and habits of mind, body, heart, and spirit so that our efforts are sustainable.

• And I’ll be kicking off LOVE Works, a collaboration with my friend and colleague, Claire Harbour, to shape leaders and orchestrate a cultural revolution by bringing LOVE into corporate. We’ll be working with selected leaders who are ready to Lead Openly and Value human needs to create Exponential engagement and impact. Infusing emotional resonance into daily practices, championing people-first policies through to decision making to impact product, tech, brand and more.

You know me; I’ll share what I’m learning as these projects take root. 😊 I am also planning enhancements and upgrades to Reimagining Life & Work, which I will share more in the new year.
